The height / OAL is 0.3" and the *approximate* recommended hole size is 0.363" tapering to 0.349".
The depth should be approximately 0.030" greater than the OAL of the insert.
Due to a number of factors (3D printer calibration, material, temperature, etc), the optimal hole size for your application may be different. This should be a good starting point for you to find the best values for your use via experimentation.
